He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. During his MBA, he chose domestic coastal movements and multimodal logistics as his thesis topic—an idea he later transformed into a successful business model. Renowned for his strategic thinking, people management skills, and leadership, Mr. Shah drives Neptune forward with innovation, integrity, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, making it a trusted name in the logistics industry.

Mrs. Reema Shah, Co-Founder and Director of Neptune Logitek Limited, is not only a key pillar in the company’s growth but also the life partner of Mr. Ankit Shah. She holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and an MBA in Human Resources. With a rare blend of technical expertise and people skills, she has built Neptune’s strong IT and HR backbone—developing customized software and nurturing a motivated, aligned team. Reema ji firmly believes that when life partners become business partners, work becomes more joyful. Her dedication has made scaling Neptune both seamless and deeply fulfilling.

Mr. Nikunj Damani is the operations manager who capably oversees all the operations work with ease. He holds an M.B.A as well.

Mr. Moorthy acts as the company’s business development head, providing his key insight to the company.

Mr. Kunj Bihari Dave serves as an Independent Director and brings a wealth of expertise in risk management, corporate governance, and compliance. He holds the prestigious ACMA and ACS qualifications and a Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India.

Mr. Mukesh Bafna serves as an Independent Director and brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Finance. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), he offers deep expertise in financial strategy, risk assessment, and contributing valuable insights to corporate decision-making.

Manisha Jain serves as a Company Secretary with expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks. She provides strategic legal counsel to businesses, ensuring transparency, compliance, and sustainable growth in today's complex corporate landscape.

With over 40 years of experience, starting as a Manager at Shree Ram Ice & Cold Storage (1978–1982), then serving at ONGC Vadodara from 1982 to 2018, retiring as Deputy Manager (HR). Mr.Jain led HR, administration, and SAP implementation, and was part of ONGC’s healthcare empanelment committee. Since 2019, he has been self-employed as an investor and trader.
